Add People
The People extension provides a centralized location within each channel to manage and control channel members. You can add new members, assign permissions, and disable users as needed.
Invite new member to a Company
To invite a new member to a company in Zira, follow these steps:
- 1Browse to the company channel page
- 2Click the People tab
- 3Click the Add People button at the top right of the channel page
- 4Enter valid email address of the person you want to invite
- 5Click the Invite New Colleague button.
- 6Repeat the previous steps to invite multiple members if needed.
- 7Choose between Admin or Viewer permissions for the invited members.
- 8If user confirmation is not needed, you can tick the Auto Confirm checkbox.
- 9Finally, click the INVITE button at the bottom right of the dialog to send the invitations
Invite new member to a Site
- 1Browse to the site channel page
- 2Click the People tab
- 3click the Add People button at the top right of the channel page
- 4Enter valid email address of the person you want to invite
- 5click the Invite New Colleague button.
- 6Repeat the previous steps to invite multiple members if needed.
- 7Choose between Admin or Viewer permissions for the invited members.
- 8If user confirmation is not needed, you can tick the Auto Confirm checkbox.
- 9Finally, click the INVITE button at the bottom right of the dialog to send the invitations
Add people to a channel
- 1Browse to the channel page
- 2Click the People tab
- 3click the Add People button at the top right of the channel page
- 4Search the one or more people
- 5click the DONE button.
