  • 2

Site: The second-level hierarchy represent specific organizational entities within a company, usually a physical facility like , "Manufacturing Facility," "Offices," or "Warehouse." Site channels facilitate site-level features and operations.

  • 3

Channel: Channels at the third level represent teams, work centers, resources, or work processes within a site. Examples could be "Production Line," "Air Compressor," "Quality," or "Maintenance." These channels enable focused discussions and collaboration for specific subjects.

  • 4

Sub Channel: Further hierarchy can be created under a channel. For instance, under the "Production" channel, you can have sub-channels like "Down-Time," "Production Line 1," "Production Line 2," and so on. Sub-channels help to organize discussions and activities within a broader channel.
